Business rules and codes of conduct
The TruckSafe Business Rules and the Code of Conduct govern the terms and conditions for TruckSafe members.
When applying for membership the applicant agrees to abide by these rules.
The Business Rules and Code of Conduct document specifies the requirements for:
Applying to participate in the TruckSafe Safety Management System programmes
The terms and conditions for participation in the TruckSafe Safety Management Systems programmes
By completing and accepting the acknowledgements in the online TruckSafe membership application, and paying the membership fees as and when they fall due, the member agrees to be bound by the:
key principles of this programme of "Safety" and "Professionalism", and
terms of the Business Rules, and
Code of Conduct that applies to them, and
TruckSafe SMS components and elements applicable to their membership.
